In 2004 the Design Group was selected to conduct a comprehensive Building Evaluation Report for the Bataan Memorial, Lamy and Lew Wallace buildings. The Building Evaluation Report consisted of three parts: a Building Preservation Plan, Historic Structures Report, and a Building Master Plan. Subsequently, we were asked to prepare construction documents for exterior, life/safety and tower improvements while successfully completing the first phase of the restoration work.

Our team offers an extensive understanding of the history of the Bataan Memorial Building and the modifications that have been made since its original construction in 1885 as the Territorial Capital Building. Investigations were made of all building systems along with recommendations for improving code compliance, user comfort and energy efficiency.
