The Lovington Municipal School (LMS) District had multiple projects, in several phases, on all six of its campuses to be coordinated and completed over a period of three years. Working collaboratively with the District, and the Construction Manager, the Design Group lead each phase to create an updated, cost efficient and innovative campus standard across the district. Projects included site modifications, renovations and additions. Design and construction was planned to allow each campus to safely operate with staff and students onsite during the process. With these sensitive, complex, and budget conscious projects, the Design Group put in place a strong and efficient team to complete multiple concurrent tasks and to meet and exceed the project’s goals and expectations.
