The Mission Achievement & Success Charter School exemplifies a student-centered approach to educational design, creating inspiring and durable spaces that support lifelong learning. Located along Old Coors Road in Albuquerque, the campus strengthens its community by providing a welcoming, accessible environment that serves students, families, and educators alike. The design reflects the belief that great spaces empower students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Drawing from experience serving New Mexico’s educational community, the Hartman + Majewski Design Group approached the project with a deep understanding of local context and culture. The school’s layout prioritizes connection between students and teachers, inside and outside spaces, and the campus and its surrounding neighborhood. Gathering, study, and learning spaces are thoughtfully composed to encourage positive interaction, collaboration, and engagement. Clear organization, inviting circulation, and intuitive wayfinding foster a sense of comfort and belonging, supporting both focused learning and community connection.

Every design decision was made with longevity and adaptability in mind, ensuring the facilities will continue to support MAS Charter School’s mission for generations.
