H+Mdg tailored solutions to a demanding site expanding access and creatively delivering a new human resource building and Governor’s suite to an existing commercial building. The new building features a soaring entry canopy, azure glazing and ultra-efficient comfort systems. A grand entry greets visitors to the new Governor’s suite which features vaulted ceilings and ample consultation space. The phased renovations expanded the finance department, refreshed restrooms, and offer a formal conference room with the option of a catering kitchen. The design team met all milestones and smoothly aligned with the Pueblo’s construction manager.
