As we continue to expand and develop our services, we are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Director to join our highly collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive the firm’s Technology, BIM, AI, and Cybersecurity strategy, education, and implementation.
- Technology Oversight: Collaborate with firm leaders, key software and hardware providers, and project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration and technology execution.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior technical, design staff, and consultant teams, fostering growth and best practices.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to established quality and BIM standards and workflows while working to achieve data management and cybersecurity objectives.
- Innovation: Explore emerging hardware and software applications and advocate for their adoption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related technology field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in BIM and/or technology management within an architectural, engineering, or related firm.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, BIM Collaborate Pro, Navisworks, and other design supporting software.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, data management strategies, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
